I filled i765 ( 10 yrs Green card ) in the month of Sep 2015 done with BIOMATRICS and after that they send me letter that if they need any other information they will contact me , Now its almost 7 months i didn't heard anything for USCIS .
in would like to know how much time they need to send me 10 yr green card ? or there is any chances for Interview again ? Or they are slow in process ?
At this point, there are two (2) things you must understand:
1. If you filed this I-751 as a "Self-Petition" requesting a "waiver", then you can be assured of an "interview" at your local USCIS district office, as well as:
2. Even if both you and your USC spouse filed that one jointly/together, having filed on your own, without professional help, a seemingly incomplete and/or inconclusive petition and triggered an 'RFE" by USCIS, there is really no telling "how much longer" this will take. Could be weeks or even months. Note that sometimes jointly filed cases are also scheduled for "another interview" if "suspicion"..

I urge you to contact an immigration lawyer in Atlanta -- there are many good ones -- for a consultation to understand your rights and responsibilities in this kind of case. As my colleague indicated in his response, this is a Form I-751 (not I-765) petition, to remove the two-year condition -- to request the 10-year green card, as you put it. I agree with my colleague that it sounds like you are doing this without a spouse, asking for a waiver of the joint filing requirement. You are in a potentially dangerous situation and need the guidance of a competent immigration lawyer, in an in-person consultation.
