The bond he was on was for another serious felony, how much prison time is he going to have to do that's mandatory and how much prison time will he end up doing all together? I know it's very serious but PLEASE* somebody just be real with me! I've heard so many folks saying "this & that" I'm so scared for him & SO confused!!! Thank you all!!! "So, VERY MUCH"!!! for your inputs I know someone can help me with a little bit of information out here! Please just be honest with me! I "really" need/have to know.....thanks again!!!
DUI 6th offense is a class C felony with a minimum sentence of 150 days. Depending on his record, he could get up to 15 years. If you’re on bond and pick up another felony, they must run consecutively. He is facing serious jail time. Of course, a good lawyer might get him a good result. DUIs are always dependent on the facts of the case. Talk with a lawyer.
