The value of your lawsuit is directly tied to the severity of injury and whether you can prove injury damages.
Liability is clear. Damages........ not so much.

It depends how badly you are injured.
The above is general information only and is not legal advice. The information provided does not form an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon to take or refrain from taking any action. I am not your attorney until we sign a retainer agreement.Ask a similar question
It all comes down to the extent of your damages if any. The amount of your medical bills, lost wages the type and severity of your injury, your diagnosis and any potential for permanency all play a role in determining the value of your claim. If you did not seek any treatment and did not sustain any injury, then it is not a case to pursue.Ask a similar question
If you did not require medical treatment or sustain any sort of permanent or disabling injury, you may want to take a pass on this one. Casinos in general are notorious for not making "prudent" settlements in order to avoid litigation.
If this is an Indian casino, as I suspect, you will need counsel who is specially experienced with the issues of suing a sovereign native tribe.
No legal advice here. READ THIS BEFORE you contact me! My responses to questions on Avvo are never intended as legal advice and must not be relied upon as if they were legal advice. I give legal advice ONLY in the course of a formal attorney-client relationship. Exchange of information through Avvo's Questions forum does not establish an attorney-client relationship with me. That relationship is established only by joint execution of a written agreement for legal services. My law firm does not provide free consultations. Please do not call or write to me with a “few questions” that require me to analyze the specific facts of your history and your license application and prescribe for you how to get a State license. Send me an email to schedule a paid Consultation for that kind of information, direction, and assistance. My law firm presently accepts cases involving State and federal licenses and permits; discipline against State and federal licenses; and disciplinary and academic challenges to universities, colleges, boarding schools, and private schools. We take cases of wrongful termination or employment discrimination only if the claims involve peace officers, universities or colleges.Ask a similar question
A plethora of factors go into putting a number on a case, and you will want to call a local tribal law attorney to investigate.Ask a similar question
Was any medical treatment received after the accident? If not, its probably not worth much. If you did, we can then talk about possibly* what the compensation could be.

Answers provided by me are for general information only. They are not legal advice. Answers must not be relied upon. Legal advice must be based on the interplay between specific exact facts and the law. This forum does not allow for the discussion of that interplay. My answer to any specific question would likely be different if that interplay were explored during an attorney-client relationship. I provide legal advice during the course of an attorney-client relationship only. The exchange of information through this forum does not establish such a relationship. That relationship is established only by personal and direct consultation with me followed by the execution of a written attorney-client agreement signed by each of us. All legal proceedings involve deadlines and time limiting statutes. So that legal rights are not lost for failure to timely take appropriate action and because I do not provide legal advice in answer to any question, if you are an interested party you should promptly and personally consult with an attorney for legal advice. Should one be unlucky enough to injured at on tribal lands at a tribal casino while gambling... one will be taking chances when it comes to bringing suit... different laws in a somewhat prejudice system do not make for good odds for the plaintiff.... that said, Indian casinos do pay out when forced... a tribal law experienced lawyer (one who has a history of hitting jackpots) would be a must should one even think about suing a tribal casino.
