if it is renewal time an your rent was $475.00 and I am being told that it is going up to $585.00 and it is a studio apartment. My gas bill is $100.45 and everything in my home is electric. I turn everything off before I leave for work. I never smell gas in my apartment, and I pay for water which was not told to me that I would be paying water bill. I do not own a home just renting. It still show on line the same amount $475.00 for a studio apartment. I see 1 bedrooms for lesser than the amount I am paying for this apartment.
