How long would a divorce and then a proxy marriage take and how much would it cost

I agree with Michael Fiffick's answers with regard to the timing of divorce in Pennsylvania. Proxy Marriages, which are marriage over the internet by means of a technology like Skype is not available in Pennsylvania -- it is simply not legally recognized. You can get married by proxy in California, Colorado, Texas and Montana. However, I cannot speak to the other requirements for marriage in that state such as potential waiting periods for new residents or out-of-state residents.
I can't speak to the marriage by proxy issue (I don't even know what that is). You can petition for a divorce without your spouses consent after 2 years of separation. If your spouse will consent, you can get a divorce in about 120 days after you initiate the divorce proceeding. Contact your current spouse, see if he or she will consent and, if so, retain counsel to have the divorce processed quickly.
