So my husband had a warrant for violation on felony probation. The warrant was taken out because of us changing addresses and he didn't report it in time. He also got a new misdemeanor criminal mischief charge that prompted the home visit that prompted his Po putting the warrant out cause we no longer lived at that address. He has court Tuesday to see the judge. Will he get out or is he doomed to spend longer than a week in jail?
He is looking at serving the entire time he has in the shelf in prison especially since he picked up the new charge while he was on probation. He needs to hire a criminal defense attorney immediately to represent him in front of Judge Easton or Judge Howard here Tuesday.

I agree with Mr. Ashlock, hire an attorney. Your husband could be sent to prison for the entire time he has on the shelf.
