The fact that he is charged with multiple property crimes effects his sentence too. Assuming without knowing that he has a history of property crimes, he could be looking at a minimum of 18-24 months but without knowing more about his actual criminal history, it's hard to tell. If his record is good, the sentence could be consideriably less.
