I lied during a forensic interview and I’m coming clean I just wanna know how much jail time I’ll face?
It sounds like you are the victim in this investigation. If that is the case, the police cannot compel or even ask you to take a polygraph. You don’t even have to participate in a forensic interview but if you do participate you should tell the truth. If you were not truthful in the interview you should let CPS/Investigators know this. In 25 years in this business I’ve never seen a victim go to jail for correcting a misleading interview. It sounds like someone is trying to intimidate you.

No one can force you to take a lie detector test. More context is needed regarding the interview to determine what type of trouble you may be in. Talk with an attorney before you do anything else. Good luck.
