I want to apply EAD as soon as possible, what is the minimum time I should wait (to allow my entry to the USA on H4 visa, propogate in the records to USCIS)?
A person entering the US on H4 applying for an EAD will include the I-94 from their admission and may apply for the EAD the day of admission.
