Right now the company I'm working for started PERM process to get green card for me according to EB-3. They are doing Labor Market testing. Is it possible that some difficulties or advantages will occur if I leave the U.S during:
* the testing of Labor Market?
*the waiting for approval of ETA-9089?
*the audit prior to approval of ETA-9089?
*after the approval of ETA-9089?
*during the consideration of the petition I-140?
Once the recruitment is done it could take form a few months to over a year.
