My college International adviser filed I-539 form in the early April of 2016. The form is sent to vermont Center. And USCIS asked me to send the new passport because the old one was expired in the month of application was received. So I had my new passport issued in June 1st and sent it to the office. Many online resources said using processing time chart helps how long the process is.
I have read through but, I don't get it. If I say I am waiting for the response since last June, what will be the expected processing time? Please help me. I've been waiting more than 10 months now.
The processing time charts are never accurate and we never look at them ... each case is different.
