They know of the pfa, they know they are to get a constable and they are able to easily afford said constable. How long do I have to wait before removing the items as I will be moving out very soon and cannot wait. I need to clean the place up and get the deposit back.
The time in which to retrieve the items should be in the PFA order. If not, you might want to return to court so a deadline can be set to get the items.

If you were not represented by a lawyer during the PFA proceedings, you missed an opportunity to resolve that issue during that process. They might even have turned out differently; however, that is spilt milk now. A lawyer can help you get this done;, possibly without going to court, as she or he can contact the other party or his or her lawyer to try to work out an agreement. Best of luck.
