My mother just got arrested for vop for not paying her fines off and her drug classes for a DUI charge and not doing her community service and for not proving that she doesn't have a vechile in her name how long would she be in there
She sits in jail without bond unless and until a Judge gives her a bond (which she is not entitled to on a VOP) and if not then until her VOP hearing (which can occur at anytime - week, months... - as she has no right to a speedy VOP).
The only way to accelerate things is to hire her a tenacious criminal defense lawyer.
On a VOP it's a safe bet that no one else in the system will care too much about her.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.

If it were only fines and costs she owes, they could not put her in jail.
The court will say she did nothing. Does she have a job? Can she get some help to cover her costs?
They are going to throw the book at her and she still won't be able to drive until all of those conditions are met.
Does she have any of the conditions met?
This is a tough one. Hopefully she has medical reasons for not doing her court ordered conditions.
