My employer sent my direct deposit to the wrong account and is now saying I have to wait until the bank returns the money in order for me to get paid. Legally how many days does he have to cut me a paycheck? I have been working at this job for 30 days and it would have been my first paycheck. I live in MN
Was the mistake your fault or their fault?
