According to the USCIS website:
"When USCIS receives your application, we will review it for completeness and for the proper fees or a properly documented fee waiver request. If your case meets the basic acceptance criteria, your application will be entered into our system and we will send you a receipt notice. At the top of this notice you will find a receipt number which can be used to check the status of your case online.
"If you do not receive your receipt notice within three weeks of filing, you can call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 to request assistance. If your application is rejected at the initial review stage, you may re-file within the registration period after correcting the problems described in the USCIS notification.
"If your application was rejected because we determined you were not eligible for a fee waiver, you may submit a new TPS package. Go to the ‘Fee Waiver’ section above for more information."
We cannot advsie on how long TPS will take. This is because USIS has complete control over this process. Youc an check your case status but that is all. There's no way to "expedite" or speed up anything. TPS is a privilege nto a right. immigrants do not have rights in this country unless charged with a crime. So in other words you will have to wait until USCIS finishes processing the TPS. You should obtain a good immigration attorney to do this for you as you have probably seen on posts before.

TPS for Nepal has only been announced yesterday. So there are no official processing times available. But you can take a look on USCIS web site at the other similar case processing times to get an idea of how long it will approximately take. For ex. currently TPS processing for El Salvador is 3 months but for ex. DACA processing takes 6 mts. So estimate about 3-6 mts depending on the amount of applications USCIS will receive.
