How long does a N.C. judge give you to move after you lose an eviction case in district that was appealed to district court?

If you lose, the eviction is effective immediately...the landlord can go get a writ of possession the next day. The only thing that would stop the eviction is an appeal to the NC Court of Appeals and the payment of an appeal bond. I would not recommend this unless you have good grounds for an appeal.
