My grandfather died and left his daughter his house n which she sold it to me this was 21 years ago and I'm trying to sell the house but title people said there was a lien from 1996 that my grandfather did for 27,000 this is 21 years old I have never received anything from them am I obligated to still pay it hasn't their limitations ran out this is in Texas
