My sons dad did a sole custody case against me and Hearing Officer Court date was April 4th both lawyers decided that his lawyer didn't get the information to the hearing officer or my lawyer in enough time so they decided it was best to not do it on that given day.
It appears that you already have an attorney and should consult with them about this. It may be as easy as reminding, as they could have continued without a date, meaning they did not decide then when the matter would be taken up. Although your attorney should be in communication with you, give her a call to be sure everything is moving forward. Good Luck!
