So I asked before but I wasn’t clear enough.i am 16 and I’m being accused of shooting cars with B.B. guns. I’m getting 3 felony charges and im being charged as an adult. 6 windows broke and 3 people can’t offord to fix them so there pressing charges/they want me to pay for it. I’m a first offender and if I’m brought to jail/prison it will definetily throw my life off track. I can’t finish school work or go to my job or anything like that. What I was mainly wondering is how long that I could be arrested for and what’s the minimum since I’m only 16 and first offender.and what’s most likely to happen?
It's unlikely you're looking at any jail time given the circumstances. Given the fact that you're charged with felonies, you need an attorney, make sure you get one ASAP.
You are looking at 5 years of probation. You can likely avoid a criminal record due to your age. Research Youthful Offender Adjudication.
