Yearly evaluations have been completed and per the scores given increases in pay is due. Employer has not given a cent nor has given an update of when any funds will be posted on a check.
Employers have broad discretion to manage their workforce, including setting compensation levels. Unless you are covered under a collective bargaining agreement that requires a pay raise at a particular time, your employer would be free to postpone or even cancel an anticipated pay increase.
