Given that you are dealing with a fracture, the 2 day period between the accident and going to the hospital is not fatal to making a claim, although it would have obviously been better in pursuing a claim if you had gone the same night. What will be more important in making the claim, is whether you reported your accident to the casino management and if so, how soon. Also are there witnesses to the accident and the condition you are complaining about. Consult a local personal injury attorney, which will be free of charge, to go over details and see if you have a claim to pursue (don't discuss specifics on this site as it is an open forum for all to see).
