There is no time limit. The sooner the better. You should obtain needed medical care and treatment immediately and follow the doctor's advice. Do not give any statement to the adverse party or insurance company nor grant them access to any medical records. Photograph the injuries and the damage done to any property. Contact a personal injury attorney in your area as soon as possible so that you can protect your rights. You may also find it helpful to review the Legal Guides I have published on Avvo.com dealing with many of the issues you are now facing. Given that you are dealing with a fracture, the 2 day period between the accident and going to the hospital is not fatal to making a claim, although it would have obviously been better in pursuing a claim if you had gone the same night. What will be more important in making the claim, is whether you reported your accident to the casino management and if so, how soon. Also are there witnesses to the accident and the condition you are complaining about. Consult a local personal injury attorney, which will be free of charge, to go over details and see if you have a claim to pursue (don't discuss specifics on this site as it is an open forum for all to see).
Seek medical treatment as soon as possible. Hire an attorney who specializes in personal injury as slip and fall cases ADR complex.
