I believe you are not asking about Workman's Compensation but lost wages. Go speak to some personal injury attorneys in your area. They can help you make the claim and get your lost wages, injury claim and property damage claim (bicycle) paid and fully paid. In Key West there are a number of good attorneys. Speak to them and pick one that you feel comfortable with. Then follow their instructions. Don't speak to the insurance adjuster for the at fault driver.
