SAN DIEGO CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY--20 years experience
I changed the practice area to Criminal Law. Consider consulting with a criminal defense attorney. An American criminal defense attorney will likely have to associate with a like attorney in India. An attorney-client relationship cannot be created through the asking of questions and the providing of answers on Avvo. An attorney-client relationship can only be created after a meeting between attorney and client, with an understanding between them of their respective rights and responsibilities, followed by a comprehensive written agreement.
