I received a harassment order serve to me by the Sheriff's Office in my city. It was rejected by the court I don't know why but request a court hearing. Every single accusation on this petition is false there's no proof of anything and if there is I don't have proof of the proof
I am sorry, but your question is very hard to understand. If someone is trying to get a restraining order against you, you need to contest it. Prove that they are lies. I guessing you really need a lawyer.
