Okay in 2006 I purchased a 1999 double wide mobile home and I put it on a rented lot in Vancleave Mississippi unbeknownst to me this area was considered wetlands and the owner was convicted of the Clean Water Act he was convicted in 2005 and was out on a peel when he first rented this to my ex-wife and then I made a purchase for it in 2008 January but I never got a copy of the purchase agreement because he went to jail two days later for selling wetlands while he was out on appeal for selling wetlands thats funny. He did 7 years in the federal penitentiary I paid the note on the land the entire time 200 per month hoping that he would honor his agreement when he got out but he pretends that never happened that I was just renting the whole time because his wife when he went to the penitentiary raise the price on the land on me since she never saw an agreement and that if I didn't like that I would have to move my double wide my wife and I are now divorced lease was in her maiden name because we weren't married to a 2007 I've been paying on this property for 12 years and now he just wants to throw me off and keep my home I did get full ownership of the home in the divorce can he do th
