I was already of felony probation when i picked up my new charge . Now it’s time to terminate my felony probation and start my expungements but i can’t because of this misdemeanor probation that I’m on , i don’t have to check in with any PO just stay out of trouble . Which i have & completed all my community labor . My probation started March 1st 2019 3 year sentence . When is this earliest i can petition for early termination so i can start my expungement process ?
Perhaps another attorney will have a more optimistic view, but I don't see you achieving your goals. It's too early to begin the "expungement" process and I doubt a judge is going to take you off probation so you can do so.
