I have my child that's 3 years old and the biological father filed for custody too late. My husband been there since day my child was born and my husband signed the birth certificate. The biological fathers allegations are that he's been financially helping me and that he bonded with my child. He's never helped me with anything even though I would let him see my child. There was one occasion when he asked me if I wanted to come into a agreement and I said no that the best thing to do is to go through court
Please rephrase your question, as it is unclear what you are asking. What "third party law" are you referring to?
And what do you mean that the biological father filed for custody too late? Time has not necessarily run out - he can file a petition to establish paternity, and, he can file to request custody/visitation if it is determined that he is the biological father of your child. If he does file and it is determined that he is the biological father, you should consider requesting child support in the responsive papers that you will file in response to the paperwork he files/serves on you.
In light of the above, I highly encourage you to hire an attorney who can assist you with these matters.
