Someone will need to draft a deed, using the legal description provided by the surveyor. You'll also need to know what type of deed - if you're the purchaser you likely want a Warranty Deed.
The deed needs to be signed, in front of a notary, by the Grantor and then recorded at the Counter Recorder. The Recorder can tell you how many tax stamps you'll need, and the Grantee, or their agent, will also need to sign to attest to the amount of the tax stamps for the deed.
