We had a situation whereas, my daughter's lawyer was removed by judge for "conflict of Interest"
She was represented by lawyer then her son wanted to be represented by him in another case.
Judge in my opinion was intimidated by lawyer as he could speak and direct very clearly is case.
Judge removed lawyer for conflict of interest. Why is judge allowed to oversee my daughter's case and my /her son's case. Isn't that a conflict of interest. Our legal system is broke and does not work for the innocent. As stated in truth you are "guilty" til proven "innocent"
I'm sorry, but I do not understand your question. Do you mean your daughter was represented by a lawyer and then your daughter's son wanted to be represented by him in another case? Or was the judge's son represented by the lawyer? What does "my /her son's case" mean?
