If your lawyer wants to withdraw, it's probably best to let him.
Do you really want a lawyer who is trying to get out of the case to represent you?
Your best option is to leave the Motion unopposed and focus on finding new counsel.
Typically, once the Motion to Withdraw is granted, the Court will give you 30 days or so to find a new lawyer.
