There are lots of companies out the who specialize in the niche market for unwanted timeshare units. Just search Google for "sell my timeshare" and you get over 13 million hits. Call around and see which one will best work with you and for you. If your goal is simply to get rid of the thing and you are not looking for a significant return on your investment, you should not have much of a problem.
