my ex wife is taking me to court for back child support and we have made the agreement for me to pay a lump sum to wave the arrears, and then continue to pay child support, she wants me to write a letter for her to give to her lawyer, not sure how to write the letter so it doesn't have any loop holes in it
You'll need to do it yourself, have a friend do it, or hire an attorney. You won't get any free legal advice or legal work on this forum. It sounds like you've already managed to negotiate the hard part on your own. Good job. Good luck.
