My fiancé was sentenced to 18 MO for felony gun charge. This was in 2002,he got out within 9mo and was doing his probation until his car broke down. He didn't go back out of fear of revocation for not finishing probation. He hasn't gotten any other charges in ms at all, but yesterday he had to go to his grandads funeral and got a d.u.i. and possession of marajuana charge coming home. Now ms is going to extradite him to parchment. He is our only source of income and we have four kids and my disabled mom to take care of. I don't have much saved but I'm going to try to get a lawyer.
I need to know a lot more than you have written in order to answer your question, but from what you have written it looks pretty bleak. It is good that you will get an attorney.

It doesn't look too good for your fiancé. His best bet is consulting with a local criminal defense attorney. Good luck.
