My husband is a lifer with CDCR and the judge has approved my Request to entered default. I am ready for my judgement I want nothing at all from my husband but we have children and he won’t sign the agreement I wrote so what happens now.
You do I default prove up is what happens now. He doesn’t have to do anything, you do.
This is general advice. You are anonymous. If you PM me i won’t know what it’s about.
You don't need his agreement an anything. You have a default. Now must file a motion to set a "prove-up" trial for the divorce. The court will enter a judgment after trial and you will be divorced, subject to filing the correct judgment for default. It might be necessary to hire an attorney just for this to get it done without his "cooperation".
