How do you request final judgment when the ex will not sign any agreements in a defaulted divorce?

You don't need his agreement an anything. You have a default. Now must file a motion to set a "prove-up" trial for the divorce. The court will enter a judgment after trial and you will be divorced, subject to filing the correct judgment for default. It might be necessary to hire an attorney just for this to get it done without his "cooperation".
You do I default prove up is what happens now. He doesn’t have to do anything, you do.
This is general advice. You are anonymous. If you PM me i won’t know what it’s about.
