I was at a boomer jacks in Fort Worth having drinks for my birthday when suddenly two security guards came to me with attitude and disrespectfully stated to pull me & push me hard , I pushed them back so they both pined me and called the cops , I was arrested on drinking intoxication and a misdemeanor assault . it was my birth day and took a few shoots so I don't remember much .im really sore every where can we pull footage to see their protocol or how can we argue this, its my first offense.
this same security Gard has hearsed me in the past .
This is not an animal law question. I would advise that you find a different place to do shoots.

You have the right to enter a plea of not guilty to the allegations and force the State to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. The security camera footage wl\ill be part of the evidence made available to your attorney in the discovery process. Start calling local lawyers. Good luck.
Your attorney will receive all the the evidence in your case, including any available videos. They will review it all with you and advise you of your options from there.
Macy Jaggers's answer to a legal question on Avvo does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please consult an attorney who practices criminal law in your jurisdiction for the most accurate legal advice.
