I'm Currently representing myself in trial pro si in a family law parentage action that has been ongoing for 2 years. I'm trying to show the judge that the Pensioner who has representation has filed Many frivolous motions that highly contradict themselves from declaration to declaration and want to submit them as an exhibit. Do I print out the entire motion including responses or can i purely just refer to the docket number to save paper. My last day of trial is wed so I need to make sure I do this correctly so I dont get an objection.
When P takes a position at trial you can then show by earlier submissions that the trial position is contradicted by the earlier position.
