The father pays me child support about a hundred or so a month well if he working why wont the irs go after the absent father that owes me back child support so instead of filing taxes cause he knows i will get the back pay he would rather not file. So i think i want to turn him in cause how is fair that the irs comes after everyone else and i alos think child support enforcement should turn him in to the irs.
So if you turn in him and he ends up owing taxes then it is less likely you will receive child support. You also don't recite any facts indicating that he is cheating on his taxes. You could get yourself in trouble making accusations that you can't back up.
