I agree with my colleague. You must file a change of venue motion with the immigration court. Have an attorney help.

The Court will not automatically transfer your case. A motion will have to be filed with the Court in San Francisco. I recommend you reach out to an attorney immediately to help you with that. You can an immigration attorney from anywhere in the country, but I recommend reaching out to one in the Seattle area so they can continue representing you.
