I have sole custody of my 2 children and was granted a move away order from CA to TN I have been here almost 1 year need to transfer case to TN how do I go about doing this.
I am unsure of why you need to move your case to Tennessee unless you are seeking to modify the parenting plan. If this is the case, you can file for the modification here in Tennessee, but he may come in and try to have the case heard in California. There are a lot of unknown facts so I am not obliged to comment further on the likelihood of that happening.

You could register the California order in the Chancery Court in your county- which is a relatively straight forward process. However, I tend to agree with Mr. Bullock that, unless you want to enforce or modify the order right now, it may be premature at this time.
