My 3 month old son's father hasn't been in his life since the day he was born and has only seen him twice now he is on drugs and married to someone who also does drugs
That is hard to do. Are there orders in place for parenting time? If so , is he following them? Are there orders for child support ? If so does he pay support? Is there some one willing to adopt him? Involuntary parental rights terminations are hard to do. See an attorney . Good luclk
To make a case for termination of parental rights based on abandonment there needs to be at least a 6 month period that has passed with little or no involvement from the father. It is not an easy process to terminate the rights of a parent so you should consult with an experienced family law attorney in your area.
