I live in the basement of my mom and step father . The room I'm in isn't done , theirs mold and no fire exist just small Windows and up the stairs to the back door. I've tried to get rid of the mold but it just comes right back . I've lived their for a year . An they throw me out without an eviction notice
Threaten to make an anonymous report of the landlord's house to the Building Department regarding the illegality of the home, the mold, etc. Advise that if he does not re let to you, and tend to the mold issues, the next call you make is to the Town and The Building Department. That should shake him up.

I suggest you move out on your own due to the health risks presented by the mold and no proper egress in case of a fire.
I have moved your question from family law to landlord tenant because you might have some form of legal recourse based upon wrongful eviction or breach of warranty of habitability.
