Okay ...So I was pregnant and I was at the end of my 36 weeks so I was in and out the hospital but also at work.So one day I was admitted in to the hospital and I call the McDonald's store to let the manager on duty know that I will be out he hung up on me !! So I called back again thinking the phone hung up but really he told me he heard me a s hung up again.So then other incident I was on the register I was standing there pregnant and all he said excuse and I was still get change for a customer and he pushed me out the way !! Then this was the last incident before I said something to him!! I had my schedule looking at it and he walked up to me and ask if that was the schedule I said yes and he yankes it out of my hand and walks off so I said excuse me I was look at that he said if u got a attitude u can go home I said I sure can and lefted ..So a couple's days after that my daughter was born so I'm thinking threw my 6 weeks that I still had my job so I was told by other co workers that I was fired and the mangers didnt tell me they was gonna mke think I had a job and didn't..I was told I was fired for calling corporate but the mangers said cussing when I asked to have a meeting.
You need to speak to an employment attorney. Nothing you described is sexual harassment. Just seemed your manager was a jerk and you might have played into it with your responses.
Ultimately, more information would be needed surrounding your termination and the 6 weeks you were expecting. There might be some claim there.
