I had an argument with my GF as I received a drink at a drive through spilling it In my lap I jumped and accidentally smacked her with my hand in the ear apologizing for the smack in ear cause the drink spilling in my lap the following day two police officers showed up at my front door saying I’m not under arrest but they wanted to make Shure the inicedent the day befor was mearly a misunderstanding and accendent yes I didn’t realize they were accusing me of a crime but I let them know I did accendly smacked her when jumping cause of the spilled drink they then read me my rights and drove me around the corner where they enforced me I was under arrest for demestic violence and have a warrent for my arrest they called in to see if there was a warrent they can get on me through an efile system and to expedite it as fast as possible I was taken to the jail where they searched me then taken to CJC where I was then searched again and put in a turtle suit and held there for two days befor I saw a lawyer at some video conference thing with the judge after getting realeased and appeared in court I found out the warrent wasn’t issued till later after I was already at CJC
