As you can see they are very aggressive in collecting the child support arrearage. It sounds like you are already in a payment plan so I don't know that a bank levy is appropriate. you need to consult with a California child support attorney.
If you are not in a formal payment plan then you need to get in one and have them stop the bank levies.
