My daughter and I are both signatories on a vehicle title, so we co-own the vehicle. There is no lein on the vehicle. I want to transfer the title to her so that she is the sole owner.
You can simply sign the title over to her in exchange for the payment, since there is no existing lien.
Go with your daughter to the Motor Vehicle Administration and bring the title. They will help you to sign the title over to your daughter.
