Suppose to be a divorce but I didnt get any papers to sign wife is hiding kids for over two months now
has a divorce suit been filed? If not, you will have to file one, find your wife and have her served. If there is a suit on file you can file pleadings in that case and have the judge issue orders.
You need a lawyer to help you with this and the sooner the better.
Did she file a divorce? If not you need to file one and motion for temporary orders and serve her. If she has filed you file a counterpetition and motion for temporary orders. You need family law counsel.
