Im 52 son 9. I told father when i found out i was pregnant he was a 1 of 2 possibilities. The other man died and i convinced it didnt matter. My son has PWS will always be dependent and we both on SUpplemental income. Its very hard. Behavior and medical issues are exhausting .i did a Anscestry DNA and after 9yrs we determined paternity. Father is a friend of 30ys.(was)..i was so happy. He came for xmas and came one other time, however, kept son secret from everyone i was hurt and angry. I began leaving messages on his phone aidens feelings of wanting to see him. Was afraid to file for support because of losing his medicaid?? Father no longer wants to offer emotional support because of my harrasing him about helping out. HE filed to pay support. He is retired has nice house cars motorcycles ..I'm sec 8 15$ food stamps ..ghetto car.but since he just now after 9yr finds out can i get back support? ..
