My sister passed away from congestive heart failure abruptly last week and she leaves behind a husband, 2 adult children, and a 1 year old grandson that belongs to her disabled daughter
I am not sure I understand your question. If your sister's daughter (your niece) is on disability are you wanting to know how to become her payee? You would need to contact social security. If you want to help the disabled niece qualify for disability you will still need to contact SS or help her apply online.
