In 2013 I had a work related low back injury. I was given a a Perminate rating of 18% for low back .3/1/2018. I injured a different part of my back it's middle back .I never had pain before jackhammer work incident. The insurance is refusing to treat back and are claiming prior injury It's not same injury or same partof back. I've never had pain in middle back and it's worse than the low back pain was. How do I challenge it if they won't treatthe new injury ?
I assume that the new injury is a work injury. Therefore, get a workers compensation attorney. They prove new work related injuries for a living.
