My ex wife is taking me back to court for a child support modification. For the past 2 years, she has continued to move further and further away without allowing me to see my daughter or without my permission to move my daughter away. My ex wife has now learned I also, have a fiancée and she now wants more child support because of it. I want to see my daughter if i am to pay all this money. My income increased over the past 2 years. Her income increased over the past 2 years too. She deliberately moved so i wouldn't have contact with my daughter and so the calculations are in her favor. What do i do?
